Strong Doesn’t Mean You’re Okay
We live in a world that praises strength — smiling through the pain, holding it together for everyone else, never letting anyone see you crack. But sometimes “strong” just means you’ve gotten really good at hiding the pain.
In this episode, I’m sharing the truth about what it’s like to be “the strong one” — the person everyone turns to, the one who always seems fine, even when you’re falling apart inside. I talk about the mask we wear, the exhaustion that comes with it, and why real strength has nothing to do with pretending you’re okay.
We’ll talk about:
• The hidden moments no one sees behind the “I’m fine” mask
• Why asking for help feels so hard when you’re the strong one
• The difference between holding it together and actually being okay
• How to give yourself permission to set the weight down
If you’ve been carrying the weight for too long, this is your reminder: you don’t have to do it alone. You’re not less for needing help. You’re not broken for feeling tired. You’re human. And that is enough.
